WFS-340 Softening Paste — Long-Lasting Soft, Low-Yellowing Finish for Knit, Woven & Yarn
WFS‑340 Softening Paste for Cotton & Blends
High‑molecular‑weight fatty‑amine polymer paste, delivers soft full hand‑feel and built‑in anti‑static performance for woven and knit fabrics. Yellowish paste, easily water‑dilutable, low cellulose affinity, suitable for pad‑finishing and exhaust processes.
WFS‑340 preserves fabric shade, fastness and re‑dyeability, ideal for cotton, cotton‑polyester blends and multiple synthetic fiber finishing production.
Key Benefits
- Soft, Full Hand‑Feel — Imparts soft, full, lubricious handle to woven and knit cotton & cotton‑poly fabrics without compromising fabric strength.
- Built‑in Anti‑Static — Reliable anti‑static performance survives multiple wash and iron cycles, reduces static cling and dust attraction.
- Low Yellowing — Minimal shade shift for white and pastel‑colored fabrics, suitable for applications requiring strict color stability.
- Universal Fiber Compatibility — Works for multiple fiber types, compatible with both padding and exhaust processes, no negative impact on shade, fastness or fabric strength.
- Leveling & Re‑Dyeable — Low affinity to fiber avoids uneven finishing in continuous production lines; fabric can be easily re‑dyed for shade correction.
- Concentrated Paste Form — Concentrated paste can be diluted 1:8‑12 at room temperature; heating to 60 °C accelerates dissolution for high‑speed production lines.
