Turn polyester into moisture-wicking, skin-friendly fabric — in a single treatment.
DP-202 is a non-ionic, water-dispersible polyester emulsion developed for mills and finishing plants. It permanently modifies synthetic fibers to give the natural feel and performance your customers expect:
- Vertical wicking ≥ 12 cm — verified by wicking-height test, retained after repeated laundering.
- Dye-bath compatible — use together with disperse dyes, zero shade change, saves one full process step.
- Natural hand feel + antistatic — soft, fluffy drape without the weight of cotton; less cling and static.
- Oeko-Tex Standard 100 & REACH compliant — no EU-restricted substances.
- For polyester, nylon, spandex, acetate & blends — including knit and woven.

How to Apply
- Pad-dry-cure (pad-thermosol): 20 – 40 g/L, wet pickup 60 – 80%, dry then cure per your line settings.
- Exhaust method: 2 – 4% o.w.f. at 40 – 50 °C for 20 – 30 min.
- Same-bath dyeing: add together with disperse dyes — no effect on shade or crocking.
- Always follow the technical datasheet; run a lab trial before bulk production.
